Links are all done, i think the shocks may be a bit stiff, i'll see what its like fully loaded, Steering next, got an Emaxx servo, not sure if its strong enough but we'll see, i'll make the sterring out of the left over rod from the links. Only cost £15 for the rod and rod ends for the links and steering.

A little more progress, got to make the sterring links tomorow, then just waiting for some washers for the spur gear ,(i wont use a slipper clutch), then i can give it a test run, should be next few days. Not sure if i'll use the light guards, but i like the grill. I'm in a real dilema about what bumper to get, either proline western(but i dont think i'll need the rear one), an Axial dingo, or the standard Honcho. I swear i spend two hours a day thinking about it. :banghead:

I 've been searching ebay for a cheap pair, but lately i 've been thinking about slash beadlocks with the BFGoodrich tyres. They're quite cheap, but i'll have to wait 'cus i 've ran out of things to sell. :boohoo:

Anyone got any suggestions on a paint scheme, at the momment all i can think of is maybe a NASCAR style, or a rescue vehicle. I' ll always thought matt black looked good but i don't think this is the right vehicle for that, i dunno. Man i wish i had 3 bodies to put on it. :030:

i like darknights idea and i like the rescue vehicle too, i think the honcho lends itself to a kind of mines rescue or sheriff off-roader for catching criminals in hard to reach places.

no worries on the wheels fella, let me know if things change.
