psjdstu
This is a vid of me doing a speed test with my Hpi Trophy Buggy 3.5. The first few runs were a bit slow because the car has not been driven i awhile. I had to warm it up a bit first. Hope you like Thanks

lowlife
you could try changing the clutch bell for a bigger one , this will make the car pull of slower but will give you more top end speed chris

psjdstu
In this I am using 16% hpi nitro fuel. I am going to put 25% precent in it soon, see how that goes.
leedel
put a ansmann .28 in my trophy 3.5, getting 53mph on 16% fuel and plenty tuning still to do
wappa
Hi, I'm currently running mine on 25% prep race fuel by modeltechnics , it doesn't seem to be fast at all in comparison to my mates Hong nor ultra Lx2 nitro lol. I haven't got round to tuning yet as only had it a few days first outing today actually. Should the higher percent fuel make the car faster a touch then? How does this work? My mates running optifuel in his atm. Thanks
Deafty
more nitro content creates a bigger explosion. That means the piston goes down and back up faster ready for the next. Glow plugs aid this.
shdaxner
I stuck a force 36 5.9cc in my trophy buggy....was pretty mental, think I had a 20t clutch bell on and it just span all 4 wheels when setting off. A decent tuned pipe should open it up a little top end as well.
