  1. So nitroholic, thanks for the reply. Where would you put your £200 bearing in mind I have 2s lipos and charger
  2. Probably 1/10 2 wd brushless buggy
  3. Don't fancy a firestorm... Looks to simular to my onslaught
  4. I get it for just over £200 What else do you recommend in that price?
  5. what are peoples thoughts on these? We sell them at work and get a good chunk off the price http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/himoto-shootout-18-scale-rtr-4wd-24ghz-brushless-rc-remote-control-buggy-r85ct
  6. I'm sure these questions have been asked before.. What are people's thoughts on these? http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/Dune-Buggy-1-8-Scale-2WD-RC-Car-With-LED-Lights-Brushless-Version-/172180680697?hash=item2816c4aff9:g:oUEAAOSw7hRWQkuO I'm looking for a bashing buggy probably 2 wheel drive and brushless. I'm happy to build up a kit but don't want to spend loads of cash. Could you recommend an alternative?
  7. So this stopped play before I even left the house
  8. Thanks... My existing esc is a combination receiver. Would that cause any problems?
  9. Ok.... After remembering how much I enjoy crashing around with rc vehicles, I've decided to try and get my family involved. The car I have at the moment is a BSD Racing onslaught v2 flux (4x4 lipo powered brushless stadium truck) it's been very tough with my escapades round the car park, local woods and skate park. But it's probably a bit quick for my kids So my plan was to either get an esc with training mode, where I can dial out some of the speed. Get a kit buggy (something like the tamiya neo scorcher I've seen talked about here) and put the electrics from my truck in it then pick up a less powerful electronic kit for the truck. Any thoughts or other ideas? Basically I want to end up with a tough controllable basher for the kids and something bit more.... For me.. Without spending a fortune

  11. Thanks for the reply... What other parts do you think I'll need? Seller says it comes with radio
  12. Clicky This a good deal? I'm looking for a decent second hand rock racer, this looks like it fits the bill
  13. That's how mine came. It's a bit of a ball ache taking the top off. It's very good, don't have much to compare it to. It absolutely flys on the 2c's I run it on. I want to look at removing the top bit and replaceing it with some type of alloy brace. It jumps well, I keep taking down to the local skate park it gas plenty of power to adjust it's self in the air.. Only my lack of skill let's it down
  14. Hi guys... Looking for bit of advice regarding strengthening my onslaught v2. I've managed to break the rear bumper and loose the screws on the front one. This I think has lead to me keep bending the main drive shaft (one that joins the front and rear together) I've bent it straight again but have the feeling its going to bend again. Hopefully the photo will show the naked truck
