  1. Hello chaps New member. Just rolled my pristine XB Lunchbox. It's fine, the first scratch always hurts. But does anyone have a roll over rack or bar? I'm keen on keeping mine stock with a few cost effective mods. But even I can't seem to look past the led kit. My unit seems to have the led headlight moulding. I presume the tamiya hop up led kit therefore slots in nicely? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Thanks. Sorry I didn't get back to you. It's been a busy weekend. Opted for a new unit. I just finished my PhD so this was a little treat after six years of hard work. The first tumble hurt but I think the shell will pick up a nice patina very soon. Any London meets planned? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Is running in of the 540 model advised? I realise this might be overkill for a toy! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Hello chaps Just got my XB Lunchbox today and it's an absolute blast, from the past. The beautiful finish didn't last long :-( and it tumbled the vehicle a few moments ago. The first of many I'm sure ;-) I'm running it stock and it's plenty fast. I have two batteries, and the overlander NX-20 charger. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Can you private message me? Or email? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Around £80-100 I'd think. Most likely run it on tarmac and grass, maybe gravel. I've previously had a glow fuel RC car but it was so much work, I definitely want something easy to play with. My two little ones will enjoy it too, but they are still quite little. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Forgive the newbie questions. Does this buggy come as a running kit? If not, what must I purchase to get it going? Thanks,
  8. New member alert. Thanks for adding me. I wish to purchase a Tamiya Hornet kit, but also have my eye on the Grasshopper. They seem very similar. Would appreciate some guidance. SY.
