  1. The BLS has a LVC built in to the ESC afaik so no need. Cogging is the jerking you are getting at very light throttle when first accelerating, when you punch it or speed increases it goes away. Completely normal. But as said if its better when you switch on off thats highly likely to be a battery thats run out of juice. Lipo is a big upgrade. Just watch those plastic spurs, pain in the... to change them.
  2. TBH people should worry about it, the more people ignore these kind of warnings the more the manufacturers think they can get away with poisoning us/our families with their toxic products instead of developing safer alternatives.
  3. Its a Nimh battery thats included, how long did you charge it? The included charger is not a fast charger and would take approx 5 hrs to charge,. I have the same car (if its the BLS), you could be confusing juddering with cogging.
  4. Like the £800 Xmaxx that keeps breaking?
  5. Sounds very expensive, would be better off just starting from scratch with something stronger and faster in stock form, then tinkering with that. Im not sure that car or drivetrain will take much more than the factory brushless setup.
  6. Really like it but agree about tte proline stickers... look to big.
  7. First thing I also thought lol. Beast.
  8. Agreed, should be okay IF they are nyloc and he doesn't keep taking them off... Unlikely.
  9. Been looking at that a while, they also make the truggy and vkar is the original selectfour. Tbf the Helion looks to have the best elec's and nicest shell imo. Germans don't seem to rate them.

  13. So what are you suggesting as I don't see anything positive from you besides telling people after buying a £800 RC car they should just enjoy the experience of crucial expensive parts breaking prematurely and to cough up because that's part of the experience and the "challenge". FYI, read the thread, its not just so called negativity from me.
  14. There seems to be a theme with this car. Why does input have to be positive, I wondered whether anybody had spoken to a well known hop up supplier. What are you adding?
