Now the better weather is here I shall be at a quiet beach/cove just chilling.

They just don’t care, I had to send my daughter off to uni to get her out the house and now I’m palming the boy off on the RAF (hopefully) so I will have room/money for lots of lovey toys, after this it’s out with a kidney!

Haven’t been yet, hopefully going in the morning but my wallet heard “shiny shop”, squealed and hid itself, I can hear it whimpering so shouldn’t take me long to find it! Worrying thing is the swines in the shop know I have a trouser accident when I see the AGT Vixen short barrel that’s on the shelf, it’s only a matter of time sadly.

Had one like this a while ago with a 360 swinger, would come home from a day of driving real ones and sit in the garden with my mate digging cuttings and grading! I used blown pea gravel or Vermiculite as ground material as it’s very light, Vermiculite is like bean bag filling (it’s really used to fill chimneys and make fire bricks with) so very light so the machines can lift it but compacts well enough to make haul roads and cuttings with. seeing this got me thinking again😂 Looking forward to seeing what you do.

Got Rose ready for her new stock, after much faffing I finally got a cheap AR stock lined up, and being the dick I am I forgot I don’t have any picatinny scope mounts which means a trip to the shiny shiny gun shop, can I come back with just the mounts??

When we do walls like that here in darkest Devon it’s usually individual stones, we don’t use slate like that but similar structured stone, backfilled with mortar at the back of the wall to bind it, looks good but a lot of maintenance for the owner.

As a stonemason this makes me weep, beautiful but bugger actually building it!
