Nothing I haven't done with my X Maxx so if  they want to sell it to folks there going to need to think of something different !

Takes a hit well though ;)

This is a Maxx Beating !

So with the All new 8s X Maxx hitting the shelves with a super upgraded drivetrain this is now not looking like a X Maxx killer I thought !

    Oooooo...

    Truck body. Check.
    Truck wheels. Check.
    No stupid wing. Check.

OMG has someone actually managed to produce a Monster Truck that looks like a Monster Truck, and doesnt have any stupid gimmicks? And actually decent specced out of the box??!?!?!

Raptor-like bodyshell would be nice without paint.

Wheels - still only one manufacturer making PROPER MT wheels / tyres - Losi for the MT.

These are a 'good race / bash option' but aren't realistic - no good for a replicate Monster Jam model.

    Nice truck.

If this is a decent price and is good out of the box I might have one instead of an outcast

I think from past experience, the running gear will be very solid, truck quite reliable, but spare parts hard to locate.

    Agreed, I like it too.

Wonder if the diffs could be used 'elsewhere'????

Can't think what else you'd want to use the diffs in. :whistling:

Looks great but so did the colossus truck and I've not seen any on here. I think it even came with savox 1256 servos.

I can't remember pricing but think it was 500 ish and nitro.

Cen can't ask premium prices and offer the bargain bin service. I bet most hobbyking rcs are easier to support than CEN.

Which is crazy wasn't CEN a top brand in racing?

My 2nd nitro rc was a cen 2speed Tc forget it's name but it had green plastic spurs. It needs a 1st gear putting on. I think it's still at my dad's house somewhere.

If this is a cen reboot and parts and upgrades are easily available I will consider it.

But then I saw an xmaxx great condition sell for £440 used so that might pull me in.

    There's a new 8s factory built xmaxx?

    150a ESC. Beefy enough?

I thought that, but although it looks chunky it doesn't 'look' heavy? what's a Hobbywing max6 in amps?
