Kyosho ARC Buggy gears

Hey Guy's,

i'm from Holland, sorry if my english is bad :D

I'm New here, but have been Riding my cars for quite some years now.

I have a Kyosho ARC Buggy for About 10 years now, have replaced Some parts for FG parts already.

But recently I have a bigger problem.. 2 gears are totaly worn.. and I cant find them on the internet.

My question is: can I replace them with gears from FG for example?

i have read Some threads on this forum about this  model, but they are only about tyres and wheels.. have already searched eBay, but no luck..

the part nr should be: GC-5

i'ts the gear that is mounted on the engine and the gear that is driven by it.

I know there are Some ARC owners here, so I

hope Some of you have had the same problem af solved it

Go get yourself some 'blackbone' hardened steel gears, they can take a beating

That's what I used anyway.

P.s all gears from the marder fit the ARC, clutch, spur, layshaft and diff

You can just about make them out on my old arc, blackbone gears throughout.

plastic gears on these are just too old/material quality is not up to today's standards also
