Have the Raptor shell and some suitable new wheels & tyres so do I keep the Stampede Raptor or sell it? Money would come in handy for a Barbarian chassis. johninderby Posted January 15, 2017 Share Posted January 15, 2017 Did a bit more research into Bigfoot 1 and it was based on the stock pickup chassis not a modern monster truck chassis. johninderby Posted January 15, 2017 Share Posted January 15, 2017 Raptor shell which is the same wheelbase as the Bigfoot resting on top of an SCX10 chassis with some Pro-line Masher 2000 tyres to mock up what the Bigfoot shell on an SCX10 chassis might look like. Now to price up the Scx10 chassis and axles. Can't remmber if Bigfoot 1 had four wheel steering. On second thought use the SCX10 chassis (from the Unimog project) and mod it slightly to suit the Bigfoot. Also it's more 1/12 than 1/10 and too small really for the Clod chassis. Think the Bigfoot No.1 body will,also be 1/12 scale. Anyway will post pic of the Bigfoot No.1 body sitting on the Clod chassis when I get it. Here's a pic of the shell you linked too sitting on a Clod chassis.
