Popular Post Carpmart Posted April 28, 2016 Popular Post Share Posted April 28, 2016 To say I'm annoyed would be a complete understatement. It seems customers are NOT important to some companies... I Agreed and paid a £350 deposit for a new Vekta as like AJ, I wanted one at release. I understand that despite being contacted by Kraken and asked to submit the trade order, now that stock is available and having at least two customers who have paid deposits months ago, the person in question was too busy to look after his customers! Seems that Bashfest is more important than customer loyalty. Well you know what, there is more than one RC shop. Having said that, I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that there is only one shop worth dealing with in the UK, Feeeprawn! As a staff member on here I have to be careful what I say, but I will say his attitude towards us really sucked, how hard is it to reply to emails from the wholesaler...... This effectively means that he caused us to miss the opportunity of getting one from the first released batch.
