ChrisT
I used Castrol Power 1 TTS for 3 years when I had a Baja, good stuff and available at Halfords. Stick to a brand name and you can't go wrong.
spannermonkey
I have spannered on many 2 stroke race bikes and they all ran Putoline. As has already been said, any name brand will be good, avoid cheap tool grade oil unless its Stihl.

ROBSTER 1992
Final decision going for Racing Venom oil not going back to Mobil 1 now. Racing Venom is the best oil for these type of engines because it's caster oil and cools the engine better and protects your engine better. Rover Man
Your choice but venom is most certainly NOT the best oil for these engines.

Common sense should kick in here; just because someone selling the oil tells you it's the best, doesn't make it the best. Ask for advice, them completely disregard it?
